• Timeframe: Request your exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
• Proof: Share clear photos of the shoe soles (must be clean/unworn) and the box size label.
• Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

📍 The Process
We handle the logistics for you! We will arrange a Leopards pickup from your address; if unavailable in your area, the customer must self-drop the package at Leopards Courier center.

💸 Exchange Fees
(Covers both the return of your old item + delivery of the new size)

• Karachi: PKR 400
• Outside Karachi: PKR 800/product.

🚚 Dispatch
Your new size will be shipped immediately upon receiving and inspecting the original item.

No Cash Refunds: Returns, cancellations, or refused parcels are issued as online store credit within 5–10 working days of warehouse inspection. Credit applies to future website purchases for items returned in original, unworn condition.

👀 Inspect First: Open the package at your doorstep to verify the design, color, and size label.

🛑 No Try-Ons: For hygiene reasons, strictly no wearing or walking in the shoes before payment. Please handle the product and packaging with care.

↩️ Instant Refusal: If you receive the wrong item or notice any damage, hand it right back to the rider at the door. You won’t be charged a rupee.
