SoleGlam Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges We stand behind the quality of every pair of shoes we dispatch. Returns and exchanges are strictly accepted only in the event that you receive a physically damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind, style preference, or customer sizing errors.

To be eligible for an issue-based return, the footwear must be:

  • Reported to us within 24 hours of order delivery.

  • Unworn, uncreased, and in its original, pristine condition.

  • Returned in the original SoleGlam shoebox.

2. The Return Process If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow our simplified return process:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp at 0312-292-9455 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos highlighting the damage or issue.

  2. Once our team reviews and approves the claim, carefully pack the shoes in their original box.

  3. Book a trackable delivery through any courier service and ship the parcel back to our fulfillment center at: PECHS Block 6, Karachi

3. Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: All return shipping charges to send the item back to our PECHS Block 6 facility must be paid entirely by the customer. SoleGlam does not reimburse or refund return courier fees under any circumstances.

  • Our Part: SoleGlam will cover the delivery charges for shipping the fresh replacement pair back out to you.

4. Replacements and Payouts

  • Replacements: Once we receive and inspect the defective item at our warehouse, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement pair to your address.

  • Refunds: If a replacement pair is completely out of stock in your size or style, we will process a refund for the product value via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa within 3-7business days.
